These Terms of Service apply to the website Postcard Hello.com (the "Service").

By using our Service, you agree to these terms whether you are a consumer or business customer.

The version of these terms valid at the time of your order applies to your purchase.

Product displays on our Service are invitations to order, not binding offers.

When you click "Send and Pay", you submit a binding order.

A contract is formed when we accept your order or send your postcard.

Minimum order value is €3.49 for worldwide delivery.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

Our postcards are custom-made products created with your personal photos and messages.

As personalized goods made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

This is in accordance with consumer protection laws for custom-made items.

Delivery times are approximately 1-2 business days within Slovakia, 3-5 business days for EU countries, and 5-10 business days worldwide.

Delivery begins when the contract is concluded and payment is received.

We may require advance payment for international orders or where there is payment risk.

All prices include applicable taxes and shipping costs.

The total price is displayed before you complete your order.

No hidden fees - what you see is what you pay.

Payment is due immediately when placing your order.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

Your payment method will be charged when you submit your order.

We strive to produce high-quality postcards, but we cannot guarantee exact color matching between your screen and the printed product.

You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded images have sufficient resolution and quality.

We are not liable for damage that occurs during postal transit.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

You confirm that you have the rights to use any images and text you upload.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from content you provide.

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

If we refuse an order, we will notify you and refund your payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

If you are a consumer in another country, your local consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.
